Who controls the data

The service operator under the woodi.cat domain will be the controller. Send data questions and requests to privacy@splot.woodi.cat.

Data we process

We process only data needed for features you choose. We do not sell data, serve ads or use third-party behavioural analytics.

• account and a 16+ confirmation without a full birth date
• memberships, consents and devices
• optional location and battery status
• messages, events, statuses and check-ins
• minimal content-free security logs

Location and battery

Sharing is off by default and configured per circle. History needs separate consent and is deleted automatically after 24 hours. Battery is rounded to 5%. Revoking consent removes visibility immediately and physical purge completes within one hour.

Retention and recipients

Invites expire after 24 hours. Security logs are kept for 90 days, abuse reports for 180 days and backups for up to 30 days. Infrastructure providers will include Oracle Cloud, Expo, Mapbox and Apple or Google sign-in, only as needed to deliver the service.

Your rights

You can export data, correct your profile, revoke consent, block a person, leave a circle and delete your account. Exports will be encrypted archives valid for 24 hours. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.
