Account and data deletion
You can delete an account without contacting support. The safest route is inside the app.
In the app
Open You → Privacy & data → Delete account. Re-authenticate to confirm. Access ends immediately, sessions are revoked and a purge job covers account data.
If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@splot.woodi.cat from the address attached to the account. We will send a one-time identity check. We will never request your password, OTP or invite token in an email message.
What is deleted and when
Current location and battery disappear immediately. Active data is deleted within 30 days and encrypted backups rotate for no more than another 30 days. Minimal records required by law or to defend against abuse may be retained longer with restricted access.
